What rate do I pay? The RETAIL rate for jewellery and coins, the RTGS rate for bullion bought by bank transfer. GST is extra unless the line says “including GST”.
Why does the retail rate not change every second? The shop publishes its retail rate when the market moves enough, so the price at the counter is steady.
What are the two small numbers under a rate? Today’s low and high for that rate.
Are these rates final? They are indicative. Please confirm with the shop before you pay.
